I’ve often wondered why I struggle with consistency. I tend to dive into different things but find it hard to stick with them over time.
What I’ve realized is that I don’t necessarily lack motivation—I just need the right environment to stay regular and focused. That’s really all it takes. When I’m in a structured environment, I perform well. While strong motivation can help me build that environment on my own, that’s the part I often fall short on.
At times, I prioritize what’s urgent or due today over long-term goals, which pulls me away from sustained progress.
I now know consistency isn’t just about motivation—it’s about designing the right support system for myself.
